Course Description: This
program is a comprehensive review of MRI Spinal cases. It covers the cervical,
thoracic, and lumbar spinal regions with in-depth analytics of T1., T2, STIR,
proton density, and fat-suppressed T2 weighted sequences. The pathology
reviewed covers normal anatomy, herniations, bulges, protrusions, extrusions,
sequestrations, cysts, varices, tethered nerves, redundant nerves, hypertrophic
ligaments, ligamentous edema, cauda equina involvement, syringomyelia, brain
stem anomalies, spinal cord compressive pathology and intra and extra-dural
lesions.
