Documenting biomechanical pathology via X-ray as a demonstrable validation of pathology with vectors for correction

Intake documentation is required to ensure ethical and legal patient relationships, avoiding a 2-fee system.

60 Minutes

Including compliance guardrails in evaluation and management notes and SOAP notes reporting to ensure the Daubert standard has been met. This includes mythology and evidence in the literature to validate that standards of care are usual and customary.
