You will be guided through a clear, structured approach that applies universally, ensuring confidence and consistency from the first point of patient contact through the full Evaluation and Management (E&M) workflow.
Created over three years through an unprecedented multidisciplinary collaboration—featuring chiropractors, a neurologist, an orthopedic surgeon, a physical medicine specialist, and a primary care physician—this program reflects the highest clinical standards. The result is a unified intake methodology that fully aligns with the compliance requirements for E&M levels 2 through 5, including initial evaluations and re-evaluations when clinically warranted.
